Return policy.

Prior Authorization: You must contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Any cosmetic products that have been opened—even if not used—are ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Timeframe: 30 days from the order or receipt date to initiate a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
